The provision of new facilities for two expanding companies currently sharing premises in Germany brings together the need for a fast-track project with a flexible design to meet the needs of its varied uses.

The client's brief outlined specific space requirements and facilities including reception, meeting rooms, offices, training suite and wash facilities as well as fabric hall and product storage.

The challenge in meeting the individual aspirations of two separate companies in one overall building has been met by planning a simple prefabricated envelope with "customisable" interior packages.
