DESCRIPTION
We aquired this 50sqm infill plot with a derelict garage and planning for a two storey office in 2003.
The scheme comprises 2 bedrooms, bathroom,laundry room and open plan living room, dining and kitchen arranged over two floors.
The structural and thermal elements of the house are almost entirely made of wood based products giving this project strong ecological credentials.
