DESCRIPTION
This existing 4 storey 1940's mixed used development required extensive refurbishment to regenerate it from its dilapidated state into an invite premises of business & private use.
The client's brief outlined high end facilities for client reception, meetings, and daily operations of the company headquarters located on the 1st floor. In addition separately accessed 2 bedroom dwellings featured large open plan living areas fitted with all the requirements for contemporary modern life each laid out on its own floor.
Working within the existing envelope of the building was a defining force in this scheme with the existing concrete structural frame providing reference for the arrangement of the office layout.
