DESCRIPTION
The owners of this Victorian terraced property appointed Methodic Practice to create a unique and contemporary version of the common loft extension.
The roof extension comprises a master bedroom and shower room with bespoke furniture. Natural light is introduced through large glazed openings wrapping up the dormer walls, over the flat roof and also to the existing front pitched roof.
All external faces of the extension are highly insulated and clad in EPDM rubber membrane.
