Methodic Practice is an enthusiastic and dynamic architectural and landscape design studio established by Colin Smith and Stefanie Weinmann in 2002. Since then a number of exciting projects have been completed and our creative diversity have attracted some great clients and commissions.
The practice portfolio comprises ecological architecture, refurbishment, master planning and landscape design in private, public and commercial sectors. We have experience in new buildings and landscapes set in urban, suburban and rural locations with a focus on providing innovative solutions to difficult sites.
The team includes qualified professionals in sustainable construction who are dedicated to creating buildings with low environmental impact. Guided by the principles of value in good design, we are inspired to challenge the constraints and expose the potential of each project.
